After months of no action and lots of anxiety, I suddenly see action and closings around the wonderful city of excellence. Sales are picking up in Aventura, yes, prices are not and only true sellers are selling besides short sellers and bank owned properties.
I see buyers from South America looking to grab a piece of what ever is left from the "American Dream" The truth is that eventually, everything will fall into place and this adjustment we are seeing will reach the end of the downturn.
